BY COMMISSIONING ANY OF MY SERVICES YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

DO

  • 🐺 OCs

  • 🐺 Any Gender

  • 🐺 Lewd (soft)

  • 🐺 Fan art

GENERAL

  • 🐺The client is required to provide all references and info before and throughout the commission (the more info I have the easier it will be for me to bring to life what you are requesting!)

  • 🐺 I may stream or post progress pics to socials unless requested otherwise (may include a fee)

  • 🐺 You will be put on a spreadsheet waitlist. I will contact you when I am ready to start your work & send an invoice

  • 🐺 Make sure to credit me as the artist

  • 🐺Commissions are not to be used for any form of AI art or NFT

REVISIONS

  • 🐺 No major changes will be made after you approve the first sketch

  • 🐺You will get 2 free corrections, every correction after that will be charged. I will continue the work once the additional payment is received

USE

  • 🐺 All commissions are for personal use only UNLESS discussed otherwise before hand. Credit needs to be given, Do Not Claim as your own.

DON'T

  • ❄️ Hateful Subjects

  • ❄️ Mecha

  • ❄️ Gore (Extreme)

  • ❄️ Hard Kink/Fetish

PAYMENTS

  • ❄️ Payment will be done strictly via PayPal

  • ❄️ Do not send payment until I contact you to begin your commission

  • ❄️ The invoice must be paid in full before I start working

  • ❄️ If your commission is $500+ then you are eligible to pay half before I start and the other half near the end

  • ❄️ Extra fee of 20% to keep your commission private

  • ❄️ x2 the base price for commercial use (selling merchandise) Streaming is Ok. Credit needs to be given, Do Not Claim as your own.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • ❄️ Turn around time can be up to 30 days + depending on complexity of request & IRL responsibilities

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • ❄️Do not claim, edit, or reproduce my artworks or use it for commercial work. I retain certain rights and ownership of the work (such as credits and posting said art in my personal portfolio/gallery)

REFUNDS

  • 🐺 The artist (Nari) can cancel anytime if you are unclear with your commission (I.E. missing required details), being disrespectful or harassing

  • 🐺 Client Cancellation: You will receive a partial refund depending on how much work I've already done

  • 🐺 Clients are entitled to full refunds as long as the commission piece has not been started and is past its due date

  • 🐺 No refunds will be possible once the work has been completed and delivered.
